Our Program encompasses all aspects of Pilates, from mat, to reformer, to BioCored. Research has shown that Pilates helps to reduce stress and anxiety, and regain strength and mobility to the areas most affected by surgery, radiation, and reconstruction.
There are many reasons why people develop Fibromyalgia, but no one really knows. But we do know physical exercise is key to controlling ones pain. Pilates is a practice of moving, breathing, becoming stronger and more mobile!

The class is designed for those who are rebuilding their bodies. It works at the foundation of physical strength, concentration, flexibility and endurance. The class is safe for clients of all ages with a variety of issues; through modifications and support with props.
This is an excellent class for Breast Cancer Survivors, Fibromyalgia or Chronic Pain patients. This class is highly recommended by fibromyalgia rehabilitation physicians to assist with pain and ease of movement
The instructor is, Sharon Ostalecki, Ph.D. a Certified Polestar Rehabilitation Pilates Practitioner, ACSM/ACS Certified Cancer Exerciser trainer, Licensed BioCored Corrective Movement trainer, and Barre Instructor. She is also PMA, certified.
Classes will meet on Mondays at 4:30-5:30. Classes start April 10, 2017.
The fee for the class is: $25 drop in or a packet of 6 for $140. (This guarantees a spot in the class)
